The Public Defender of Georgia has once again called on the Ministry of Internal Affairs to act within the framework of legislation and again explained that the use of force must be necessary and proportionate, must be aimed at carrying out a specific legal measure, and in no case should it turn into targeted violence/retaliation against citizens.
