The autumn session of the Parliament will open on September 6. Within the autumn session, the most important legislative initiatives are connected with fulfilling the 12-point recommendations of the European Union.
In the same period, the Parliament will have to make several personnel decisions – the chairperson of the CEC and the professional members of the CEC, as well as the new Public Defender are to be elected again.
In addition, in the autumn session, the ruling team comes out with the initiative of adopting constitutional amendments and proposes to the Parliament to elect the Prosecutor General with a 90-vote quorum. The amendments to be introduced in the constitutional law will be presented at the session of the Bureau of the Parliament on September 5.
