Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine, stated that as a result of a conversation with Alexander Lukashenko, Ukraine agreed to meet and talk with Russia near the Belarusian border.
“The result of the conversation with Alexander Lukashenko: We have agreed that the Ukrainian delegation will meet with the Russian without preconditions on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, in the area of the Pripyat River. Alexander Lukashenko took responsibility for the fact that at the time of the departure, negotiations, and return of the Ukrainian delegation, all planes, helicopters, and missiles on Belarusian territory will remain on the ground,” said Zelensky.
