Ministry of Health of Czech Republic to Recognize Georgian Vaccination Certificate

Ministry of Health of Czech Republic to Recognize Georgian Vaccination Certificate

The embassy of the Czech Republic in Tbilisi reported recognizing the Georgian vaccination certificate by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.

Regarding the list of recognized vaccination certificates of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, the vaccination certificate issued in Georgia is also recognized, except Sinopharm and Sinovac vaccination.

The certificate must meet the conditions of the Ministry of Health:

At least 14 days have passed since the fully completed vaccination.

The certificate must correspond to the published specimen.

Vaccination must have been administered with a recognized vaccine (EMA, WHO) – AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer/BioNTech, and Janssen.

Vaccinated persons whose certificate meets the established conditions of the Ministry of Health can travel to the Czech Republic under the conditions of visa-free travel.

Vaccinated persons whose certificate meets the conditions set by the Ministry of Health may also apply for short-stay (Schengen) visas for any purpose. A copy of the certificate must be sent as an additional attachment to the registration email.
