As technology continues to drive global progress, education remains the key to ensuring that individuals can actively participate in shaping the future. As one of Georgia’s leading technology-driven companies, TBC continues to invest in educational initiatives both internally, for its employees, and externally, for anyone across the country interested in developing AI-related skills.
For TBC, artificial intelligence is more than a technological innovation. It is a cornerstone of the organization of the future—one where AI enhances creativity, increases productivity, and supports better decision-making.
This vision is reflected in TBC’s partnership with the Georgian Artificial Intelligence Association (GAIA), through which the two organizations are building a comprehensive AI education ecosystem in Georgia. Together, they are making technology education more accessible to school students, university students, and young professionals throughout the country.
The partnership is based on a shared belief that AI literacy should not remain the privilege of a select few. Instead, it should become a fundamental skill that enables people to adapt to the evolving demands of the modern workforce and future job markets.
Within the framework of the TBC-GAIA partnership, a number of multi-level educational initiatives have already been implemented, with additional programs planned for the future. Combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on learning, these initiatives include the AI Olympiad Preparatory Course, the National AI Olympiad, the AI Student Club, AI and Tech School programs, GAIA Horizons Meetups, Tech and AI Conferences, the National AI Hackathon, and other educational projects.
Through these programs, more than 1,000 school students, university students, and young professionals have already gained access to AI education and practical learning opportunities.
TBC also places a strong emphasis on advancing AI literacy within its own organization. The company’s goal is to integrate artificial intelligence into everyday workflows, positioning AI as a trusted partner and a tool that amplifies human capabilities.
As part of this strategy, TBC has entered a new phase of AI adoption. The AI Literacy initiative launched in 2025 has since evolved into a large-scale transformational program involving more than 4,000 employees, helping teams develop the skills needed to effectively leverage AI technologies in their daily work.
By combining its technological expertise with the educational capabilities of GAIA, TBC aims to make high-quality AI education accessible to people living in every region of Georgia. Offered free of charge, these programs provide participants with opportunities to explore cutting-edge technologies, develop in-demand competencies, and expand their academic and professional horizons, ultimately helping them compete and succeed on the international stage.
