TBC has updated its Loyal Visa credit card, introducing a refreshed visual identity, simplified terms, and enhanced benefits, making it easier and more accessible for customers to fulfill their everyday wishes.
Entertainment, cinema and concert tickets, clothing, travel, electronics — with the Loyal credit card, these goals are no longer out of reach. The product enables customers to make desired purchases when needed, without waiting for future income availability.
A credit card is a core everyday financial tool that provides access to a pre-approved limit, allowing users to cover essential or lifestyle expenses at the moment they arise. When the outstanding balance is fully repaid within the grace period, no additional interest is charged, enabling interest-free usage under defined conditions. The updated TBC Loyal Credit Card is built on this principle — now with clearer rules, more transparent timelines, and improved terms, helping customers better manage their finances while maximizing cashback and other benefits.
Key product updates include:
- Refreshed visual identity and design;
- Free issuance with no annual maintenance fee;
- Simplified portfolio reduced to two card types: Ertguli Visa and Ertguli Visa Platinum (for Concept segment customers);
- Ertguli Visa Platinum users gain access to airport lounges and Fast Track security lanes;
- Increased credit limit — up to 30,000 GEL;
- Enhanced cashback rates: 1% for Mass cards and 2% for Concept cards on all POS transactions in Georgia;
- Unified interest rate structure replacing previously tiered rates;
- Effective interest rate starting from 0%.
Existing Loyal credit card customers will continue using their cards under the original terms agreed at issuance. New customers will be onboarded exclusively to the updated card versions and conditions.
The Loyal credit card can be approved and activated within minutes via TBC Mobile Banking, with no need to visit a physical branch.
The “Wishes Come Closer” campaign targets users who seek greater value in everyday payments and want financial tools that bring their aspirations closer to reality.
