Two earthquakes were recorded in eastern Georgia on Thursday morning, as reported by the Institute of Earth Sciences and the National Center for Seismic Monitoring.
Both tremors occurred near the town of Akhmeta, in the Kakheti region. The first earthquake, with a magnitude of 3.3, was recorded near the village of Diklo. Shortly afterward, a second tremor measuring 3.6 struck near the village of Dochu.
No information has been reported regarding damage or injuries.
