291 Apartments Sold in Archi Lilacs Block C During Big Discount Day

A total of 291 apartments were sold during the Archi Lilacs Big Discount Day. Interest in the event was unprecedented; over 20,000 individuals completed the pre-registration process.

As part of the event held at the Grand Avenue venue, customers took advantage of exclusive conditions and purchased apartments at a special price, which is traditionally available only within the framework of this day.

The day was symbolically opened by Kakha Imerilishvili, an Archi resident who purchased his own home during last year’s event. “I understand firsthand the profound emotion and joy that comes with homeownership. I have been a member of the Archi family for a long time, and I am certain this remains my best decision,” Imerilishvili remarked.

The atmosphere at Grand Avenue was defined by vibrant energy, featuring bespoke gifts, dedicated children’s activity zones, and a live musical backdrop. Further enriching the themed environment was a symbolic piece of artwork unveiled by a young artist, commissioned specifically for this event.

“I congratulate every Archi resident who purchased an apartment today. This is a special day for them. I want to thank them for their trust,” stated Archi CEO Shio Khetsuriani during the project presentation.

Archi Lilacs is strategically located in Mukhiani, just five minutes from the Akhmeteli Metro Station and directly beside to Radio City. Positioned near essential infrastructure, the complex offers immediate access to major shopping centers, educational institutions, and recreational landmarks, including the newly renovated Temka Park and the Tbilisi Sea.

As Georgia’s leading developer with 20 years of industry experience, Archi maintains its premier market status with 55 completed and 31 ongoing projects, backed by the unwavering trust of over 52,000 residents.
