A 21-year-old man was killed in Tbilisi late at night, with the motive remaining unclear.
Authorities have launched an investigation under Article 108 of the Criminal Code, which deals with premeditated murder. The Ministry of Internal Affairs told InterPressNews that “all necessary investigative measures are underway” to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
