Domestic electricity consumption in 2023 has decreased compared to last year. As GNERC’s chairman, Davit Narmania, says, based on the available statistics, domestic electricity consumption will decrease by 7.6% in 2023.
Also, according to him, the electricity consumed by direct consumers decreased by 25.4% in 2023 compared to the previous year. The reason for this is the decrease in electricity consumption of some of the largest direct consumers.
