The Coding School, funded by USAID’s Employer-Led Workforce Development Program, utilized its third phase, with 464 new beneficiaries, marking a total of 1,500 women having completed the program. The project concluded with a job fair with 26 international companies and 70 vacant job offerings, where participants had a chance to find the right match.
The project, aiming to close the gender gap in science and technology, gives women valuable skills to make them competitive in the market. The initiative not only provides seminars for these crucial skills but also establishes a network of women in STEM, stimulating more opportunities.
