UN Women Georgia, in partnership with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), created a weekly certificate program on Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) to encourage more diverse workplaces. The project will gather HR professionals from 25 companies from all over the country.
The goal of the initiative is to give participants essential skills for inclusive policy implementation, which, in the long run, will promote equal opportunities in the marketplace.
The project will push organizations in Georgia to take steps forward in achieving inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
