The United Airports of Georgia reported that Transavia France, a Dutch low-cost airline, will begin executing flights at Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi International Airport from April 2025. Kicking off on April 9, the airline will administer regular scheduled flights between Paris and Tbilisi three times a week, per the announcement.
Irakli Karkashadze, Director of the United Airports of Georgia, declared his enthusiasm about the partnership with the Air France-KLM Group, revealing it will expand the Georgian aviation sector and offer more options to passengers. Notably, apart from direct flights to Tbilisi, connections to Paris Beauvais Airport will also become accessible from Kutaisi International Airport.
