So far in 2024, Georgia has sold electricity worth $48.6 million. The largest amount of electricity was exported to Turkey.
Between January and July of this year, Georgia exported electricity to four countries. The largest share went to Turkey, with exports valued at $40.07 million. This was followed by Armenia, where electricity exports amounted to $5.87 million. Exports to Azerbaijan totaled $2.57 million, while the smallest amount was sent to Russia, valued at just $64.9 thousand.
