The founder of the “Bioli” resort, Tamaz Mchedlidze, recently revealed in an interview on the “Real Estate Prospect” program that the Swiss fund has shown keen interest in the project of the wellness cottages. Last year, Mchedlidze introduced the concept of constructing 20 wellness cottages within the “Bioli” premises. He described it as an investment project, offering the cottages for purchase with a 50-year ownership right. Mchedlidze emphasized that the project goes beyond real estate, as it promotes a healthy lifestyle. The “Bioli” environment, known for its ecological purity and robust infrastructure, would provide cottage owners with access to skilled wellness staff and medical professionals.
During his discussion on the “Real Estate Prospectus” program, Mchedlidze mentioned the ongoing efforts to attract financially secure investors for the project. He explained that they are developing villas where people can not only acquire real estate but also embrace a wholesome lifestyle, complete with doctors, staff, and services that foster well-being. While the details were not specified, Mchedlidze revealed that they have already received interest from the Swiss foundation for seven out of the planned 20 villas. He expressed optimism about potential collaboration between the two parties.
For those interested, the ownership of a wellness cottage with access to Bioli services for 50 years ranges from $900,000 to $2.5 million. The project caters to affluent individuals who prioritize a health-conscious way of life and seek real estate opportunities in the country.
It’s worth noting that Tamaz Mchedlidze embarked on the development of the “Bioli” wellness resort in 2005, aiming to establish a thriving health industry within the country. To date, he has invested a substantial sum of $42 million into the venture.
