According to Shalva Papuashvili, the Chairman of the Parliament, in the 2024 Economic Freedom ranking of the Heritage Foundation, Georgia improved its results again.
“In this ranking, Georgia is in the top 20 in Europe for the first time and is ahead of 11 EU members, 13 NATO members and all EU candidate countries,” Shalva Papuashvili.
It is also worth noting that Georgia ranks ahead of the EU member countries – Slovakia, Croatia, Poland, Slovenia, Belgium, Malta, Romania, Spain, France, Hungary, Italy, Greece and 7 countries with the EU candidate status.
