Public transport has resumed working from today, September 13. Subways, buses, minibusses, and rope-way have started working.
Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze stated that wearing a face mask in transports will be strictly controlled. All passengers are required to wear face masks.
Restrictions on municipal transport were imposed on 14 August.
By the decision of the Interagency Coordination Council, all other restrictions remain in force.
Wearing a face mask is mandatory both indoors and outdoors. The Interagency Coordinating Council once again urges citizens to use face masks to maintain social distance and be actively involved in the vaccination process.
