The economy is growing, we have a 14.4% growth in the first quarter, – Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said at the government session.
As the Prime Minister explains, both local exports as well as tourism and remittances are growing.
“The economy is growing, we have 14.4% growth in the first quarter. More specifically I want to tell you that in January we had an 18% increase. Our economy grew by 14.6% in February, while real growth in March was 10.6%. I would like to tell the population very briefly that both local exports as well as tourism, remittances are growing. Overall, we have very positive dynamics in this direction,” he said.
