“With to the decree of the Government of Georgia, in connection with the 78th anniversary of the victory over fascism, veterans of the Second World War will receive 1,000 GEL, and the family members of those killed in the Second World War will receive 500 GEL,” the government administration reports.
As noted in the statement, one-time cash assistance is provided by the Social Services Agency of the Ministry of IDPs from the occupied territories of Georgia, Labor, Health and Social Affairs, and by the capital’s City Hall for those registered in Tbilisi.
