OSCE reports that Finland’s Foreign Minister and OSCE Acting President Elina Valtonen will pay official visits to Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia from October 13 to 15.
During her regional tour, Valtonen will meet with senior government officials and civil society representatives in all three countries.
“In Georgia, discussions will focus on the country’s internal and external challenges, with particular attention to the continued support for the Geneva International Discussions through the OSCE,” the organization stated.
The OSCE emphasized that Finland, as the organization’s acting chair country, places strong importance on protecting civic space and fostering an enabling environment for civil society.
