‘Night Serenades’, an international music festival founded in 1982 by renowned Georgian violinist Liana Isakadze, with the support of the Italian Embassy in Georgia, organized a concert in Tbilisi.
Following two notable concerts in Batumi and Borjomi by Mario Stefano Pietrodarchi, the concluding third event took place at Tbilisi State Conservatoire, with the main performer being Italian conductor Beatrice Venezi.
After a triumphant performance in front of a Georgian audience last year, Venezi conducted the Georgian National Symphony Orchestra this time with the main soloist Sandro Nebieridze.
‘Music and culture transcend borders, and I believe Beatrice Venezi, the embodiment of Italian culture, is a great example of it,’ said Massimiliano D’Antuono, Italian ambassador to Georgia.
