The National Bank of Georgia has published money transfer statistics for April, 2021.
In April 2021, the volume of money transfers from abroad constituted 194.1 million USD (666.9
million GEL), which is 145.4% (115.0 million USD) more than the amount in April 2020, the NBG announced.
Russia ($33.35 million), Italy ($31.73 million) and the United States ($24.88 million) were the largest remittance senders in April 2021.
