m² Enters a New Stage of Development with a Renewed Strategy and Long-Term Vision

Development company m² is entering a new stage of development and will continue its operations with a renewed strategic vision, long-term growth plans, and a focus on further strengthening its position in the market.

Following a transaction completed on June 5, 2026, Lasha Kvachadze and Dimitri Adamia became the owners of the company. Their focus will be on further strengthening m²’s leading position in Georgia’s real estate market.

Lasha Kvachadze is the founder of Blockstone Capital. Blockstone Capital is a diversified investment group with interests in construction and development, energy, digital platforms, and various strategic investment projects.

“As Georgia’s economy continues to develop, an increasing number of large-scale investments are being made with the participation of local capital. m² is one of the strongest and most trusted brands in Georgia’s real estate sector, and we are pleased to invest in this new stage of its development. Our goal is to create additional opportunities for the company’s growth and for the implementation of new projects and innovations. I would like to thank my partners and team for the successful completion of this important transaction,” said Lasha Kvachadze.

Dimitri Adamia will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer of m².

“m² is one of the most distinguished companies in Georgia’s development sector. Its greatest strengths are its many years of experience and the trust of its customers. Our task is to further strengthen the standards and quality that have made m² one of the leading companies in the market. This new stage of development presents an important opportunity to create additional value for both customers and Georgia’s economy,” said Dimitri Adamia, Chief Executive Officer of m².

For many years, m² has remained one of the leading development companies in Georgia’s real estate sector and has played an important role in the country’s modern urban development process.

The company will continue its operations without interruption and, as part of this new stage of development, will present its future vision and planned projects to the public in the near future. This new stage will focus on the company’s growth, the development of new projects, and the further strengthening of its position in Georgia’s real estate market.
