JSC “Georgian Railways” has put up a land plot and building for auction in Fersa village, Akhaltsikhe municipality. The land plot spans 65,686 square meters, while the building covers an area of 223 square meters. The auction is scheduled to take place electronically on July 28, with a starting price of 597,000 GEL.
In addition, JSC “Georgian Railways” has received approval from JSC “Energo-Pro Georgia” to utilize the engineering communication associated with the property. Specifically, this includes the underground crossing of a 0.4 kV electric line with a cable, which will be registered as a linear structure. The purchase agreement stipulates that the buyer must grant JSC “Energo-Pro Georgia” the right to carry out engineering communication and consent to its registration as a linear structure owned by JSC “Energo-Pro Georgia” if requested.
