‘Krtsanisi Grande’ is at a minimum distance from the city center. However, the temperature difference compared with the center is quite noticeable. In summer it is always at least 3 degrees cooler here. The distinctive landscape of Kojriskhevi and Krtsanisi naturally provides air filtration and creates a special, ecologically clean microclimate.
Another advantage of Krtsanisi, as I mentioned, is its convenient location. It takes just 3-7 minutes to get to the city center, to Old Tbilisi.
TELL US ABOUT THE INFRASTRUCTURE THAT WILL BE ARRANGED IN THE COMPLEX.
Complete infrastructure will be included in one space, together with the residential buildings, which will create a perfect comfortable living environment for the residents. There will be a supermarket, a pharmacy, a food facility, a large and well-equipped parking lot, a car wash and, most importantly, the residents of Krtsanisi Grande will have not only a yard inside the complex, but also a huge park on 1 hectare, which will be for pedestrians only.

The pandemic is a global problem and naturally, it affected everything. However, the state allowed us to continue construction in compliance with the regulations: we did not stop, and we went through the most critical months of the first wave relatively smoothly. This is also fundamentally important for the success of the project, ‘Krtsanisi Grande’ is fully insured and does not depend only on sales revenue. This factor allowed us to not stop and continue to work at full capacity. The fact that the whole construction process
is insured from the beginning to the end is obviously reflected in the degree of trust our customers have in us. They have a full guarantee that all the conditions given by ‘Grande Group’ will be fulfilled thoroughly and on time. Therefore, our future residents are calmly waiting for the construction to be completed on time.
WHEN IS THE PROJECT GOING TO BE HANDED OVER?
The project is quite large and includes the development of an area of 21,000 square meters, where a total of four residential blocks and 1 sports and recreation center are being built. Construction is divided into stages and the first phase will be completed very soon, in December this year. The term of full implementation of the project is 5 years.
I must also mention that we offer special comfort to our residents even in the conditions of implementation of construction.
