Int’l Festival Night Serenades Organizes Educational Masterclasses for Youth

With the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia and Tbilisi City Hall, within the framework of the Batumi-Tbilisi International Festival Night Serenades, a series of creative-educational masterclasses are being held for the youth.

Another master class was held on November 2, as part of which artist-designer Nino Mirianashvili visited the young people with disabilities aged 18-25, the beneficiaries of the ‘Union of Parents’ Bridge.’

As part of the master class, beneficiaries were taught collage techniques. As the organizers of the event claim, the meeting turned out to be mutually emotional and positive.

Nino Mirianashvili, Artist-designer, said: “I’m very glad to be able to bring happiness to these young people. In turn, I also received a lot of positive emotions. Many thanks to Ms. Nina Tsagareli, Night Serenades and the Ministry of Culture.”

Marika Tsagareishvili, Art Therapist, said:

“As part of the Batumi-Tbilisi International Festival Night Serenades, we were given an opportunity to conduct such an exciting master class with new technologies and various materials. Many thanks to the Ministry of Culture and Festival Night Serenades for such an interesting and memorable day.”

Nina Tsagareli, Director of Festival Night Serenades, noted: “With the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia and Tbilisi City Hall, within the framework of the Batumi-Tbilisi International Festival Night Serenades, for a month, we conduct various creative educational masterclasses. Today, with the beneficiaries of the ‘Union of Parents’ Bridge, we held a very emotional meeting. Meeting with these children is very big happiness and joy, as each of them is unique.”

The artistic director of the festival Night Serenades is Giorgi Isakadze, a well-known musician and teacher, founder and artistic director of Ingolstadt and Munich Academies of Dance and Music. The festival director is Ms. Nina Tsagareli. The main conductor of the festival is the world-famous maestro Vakhtang Machavariani.
