Hilton Batumi has been recognized in the 28th Annual World Travel Award 2021, being awarded the title of Georgia’s Leading Hotel. This year marks the first time that Hilton Batumi has received the honor from World Travel Awards. Votes were cast by travel industry professionals and the public, with the nominee gaining the most votes in a category named as the winner.
“We are thrilled to have received this honor and are grateful for all the votes from our guests,” said Torsten Weller, General Manager, Hilton Batumi. “We believe in the importance of excellence in Georgia’s Leading Hotel and always strive to contribute to the entire Hilton brand with our warmth and hospitality.’’
The World Travel Awards were established in 1993 to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the tourism industry. World Travel Awards is the leading authority that recognizes and rewards excellence in travel and tourism, with previous winners including Radisson Collection Hotel, Tsinandali Estate Georgia, Sheraton Batumi Hotel and Radisson Blu Hotel, Batumi.
This year’s results follow a year-long search for the world’s top travel, tourism and hospitality brands and, along with Hilton Batumi winning Georgia’s Leading Hotel, national parks, tour operators and resorts were also recognized in other national categories.
