Harvard Professor Led a Training for Archi Team Members at the Company’s Invitation

On April 24–25, at the invitation and initiative of Archi, Harvard Business School’s distinguished professor and renowned economist Das Narayandas visited Georgia to lead a two-day training session titled Strategic Leadership and Marketing Excellence Program.

“I worked with the Archi team and was truly impressed by the quality of minds in the room. There were some really smart people who are world-class at what they do. We had some great conversations and workshops. I was glad to have come and spent time with the Archi group. I had a great time, so thank you for the opportunity.” – Das Narayandas, Economist and Professor at Harvard Business School.

The training was intended for Archi’s management team and included intensive sessions, analysis of various business cases, lectures, and an interactive workshop format. Additionally, a one-day workshop was organized specifically for all interested employees and partners, where attendees had the opportunity to hear the insights and experience of a leading expert in the field.

“We are pleased to welcome Harvard Business School’s leading professor Das Narayandas to Georgia and to have him conduct a workshop with our team. This training will help us further improve the quality of our services and brand, implement modern approaches in our field and strengthen Archi’s position even more.” — Ilia Tsulaia, Founder of Archi.

At Archi, supporting the professional growth of employees is one of the company’s core priorities. Team members have the opportunity to attend various training programs and courses — fully funded by the company — for both personal and professional development.

“It’s truly encouraging to have such a distinguished Harvard professor here in Georgia, sharing his knowledge and experience with us. We have the opportunity to further refine our approaches, grow even more, and deepen our understanding in leadership, marketing, and company management.” — Shio Khetsuriani, CEO of the Real Estate Development Company Archi.

Das Narayandas is a leading professor at Harvard Business School and a renowned economist in the fields of business, marketing, and leadership. He holds the Edsel Bryant Ford Professorship, serves as Senior Associate Dean of Harvard Business Publishing, and is the former head of Executive Education. His visit and collaboration with the Archi team reflect the company’s strategic vision — continuous development, improved quality, and strengthened leadership in the construction and real estate development industry.
