“Gori Mall,” the first shopping center with international standards in the Shida Kartli region, will host customers at the end of the year. Businesses in this region have a unique opportunity to take over new regions and make their brands available to Gori residents.
The mentioned project is implemented with the support of “MP Development,” a subsidiary company of “Wissol Group” with many years of experience. After Rustavi Mall, this is the second multi-purpose shopping center. And for the “MP Development” team, this is the 14th shopping facility in Georgia.
The two-story shopping center spread over 15,000 m2 promises customers a pleasant environment for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Guests of Gori Mall will also find a parking area for 150 cars.
The shopping center will feature hypermarket Carrefour, GPC pharmacy, Eveline, Manamo, Miniso, Optimist, Waikiki, Uno Shoes, Zoomer, Dunkin’ Donuts, Crazy Hall entertainment center, etc.
According to Mariam Kobaladze, head of sales of “MP Development,” at the moment 68% of the mall is already rented and negotiations are underway with several companies and large international brands. According to her, one of the main goals of the project is to create jobs for locals and bring international companies to the region, which will contribute to the economic strengthening of the region.
The investment of the project amounts to 30 million GEL and is fully financed by TBC Bank.
