As GNERC’s chairman, Davit Narmania, says, GNERC, the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission, is actively planning to use artificial intelligence.
“We think it will be very interesting and will really simplify relations with utility companies. During an accident, the operator will enter the data, and then the artificial intelligence will answer in Georgian to everyone who calls on the mentioned issue,” Narmania says, adding that, at the first stage, artificial intelligence will only be introduced in the information field, via the hotlines.
