The First Vice-Speaker, Giorgi Volski held a meeting with the Director General of the European Affairs Department of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of the Czech Republic, Jaroslav Kurfürst.
The parties discussed the Georgia-EU cooperation agenda and compliance with the EU recommendations, as well as the situation and challenges in the region.
“We overviewed the fulfillment of 12 recommendations and emphasized one of the key requirements – depolarization. We touched upon the processes in the world and the region. The Czech Republic, as the EU member state, reaffirmed its support to Georgia on the EU integration path,” Volski stated.
