Geostat: Georgian economy up by 7.3% in March

The estimated real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate amounted to 7.3% in March 2023 year-on-year, and the average real GDP growth of Q1 2023 equalled 7.2%, Georgian National Statistics Service (GeoStat) reported.

In March 2023, the estimated real growth year-on-year was observed in construction, financial and insurance activities, transportation and storage.

Trade, manufacturing, energy, and real estate activities showed a decline.
