The National Statistics Office (Geostat) published preliminary data revealing notable growth in the first half of 2025, reaching USD 3.23 billion, an increase of 13.7% compared to the same period last year.
Domestic exports accounted for 45.6% of the total, standing at USD 1.47 billion, a 6.4% rise year-on-year.
Among domestic products, precious metal ores and concentrates topped the export list, totaling USD 174.6 million or 11.8% of all domestic exports. Wine of fresh grapes followed, with exports amounting to USD 121 million (8.2%), while spirituous beverages ranked third at USD 101.9 million (6.9%).
The data reflects strong international demand for Georgia’s important natural and agricultural products during the first six months of the year.
