3656 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia, 32 people have died, and 3066 people have recovered.
A total of 999,343 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia since February 2020, of which 931,507 have recovered and 14,481 have died.
The newly confirmed cases are divided by region as follows:
2,530 cases were confirmed in Tbilisi, Adjara – 330, Imereti – 213, Kvemo Kartli – 116, Shida Kartli – 98, Guria – 67, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 104, Kakheti-106, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 43, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 44 , Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – five.
2,612,313 people have been fully vaccinated so far.
As of January 16, 5504 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Georgia, 3304 patients recovered and 24 died.
