Georgia Reports 5326 New Cases, 48 Deaths

5326 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia, 48 people have died, and 3044 people have recovered.

A total of 979,235 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia since February 2020, of which 922,411 have recovered and 14,359 have died.

The newly confirmed cases are divided by region as follows:

3148 cases were detected in Tbilisi, Adjara – 563, Imereti – 437, Kvemo Kartli – 176, Shida Kartli – 277, Guria – 148, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 226, Kakheti – 178, Mtskheta – Mtianeti – 92, Samtskhe – Javakheti – 66 , Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti-15.

2,588,299 people have been fully vaccinated so far.
