Georgia Reports 342 New Cases, 1 Death

342 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia, 1 person has died, and 161 people have recovered.

A total of 1,653,460 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia since February 2020, of which 1,634,474 have recovered and 16,794 have died.

The newly confirmed cases are divided by region as follows:

160 cases were confirmed in Tbilisi, Adjara – 19, Imereti – 38, Kvemo Kartli – 22, Shida Kartli – 26, Guria – 27, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 20, Kakheti – 17, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – four, Samtskhe-Javakheti – one, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – eight.

2,873,980 people have been fully vaccinated so far.

On April 18, 74 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Georgia, 357 patients recovered and 1 died.
