Georgia Records 662 New Cases, 34 Deaths

Georgia Reports 390 New Cases of Coronavirus, 9 Deaths

662 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia, 34 people have died, 3 534 people have recovered.

The newly confirmed cases are divided by region as follows:

252 cases were confirmed in Tbilisi, Adjara – 68, Imereti – 102, Kvemo Kartli – 40, Shida Kartli – 20, Guria – 9, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 78, Kakheti – 71, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 10, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 10, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 2.

A total of 595 926 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia since February 2020, of which 563 530 have recovered and 8 575 have died.

As of September 20, a total of 1 655 040 vaccinations were administered in Georgia.

On September 19, 1 501 cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Georgia, 1 954 patients recovered and 43 people have died.
