Georgia is preparing to host the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, with the final scheduled for Saturday, 13 December, at 20:00. Representatives from 18 European countries will take part in this year’s competition, including Georgia’s own entrant, Anita Abgaryan, the winner of the national selection show ‘Ranina’.
One of the central features of this year’s contest is the global online voting system. Viewers in Georgia and abroad will be able to cast votes for their preferred performers regardless of their location. The voting window opens at midnight on 12 December, with all ballots submitted through the official platform, jesc.tv.
Georgia enters the contest as its most successful participant to date, having won Junior Eurovision four times. The country is hosting the event for the second time, following Andria Futkaradze’s victory in 2024. The Georgian Public Broadcaster will air the live final on 13 December.
