The Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency (GCCA) issued two recommendations regarding the online provision of services by hotels and accommodation facilities.
According to these recommendations the reasons for entering into contractual, market-partner relations and refusing to provide relevant services from the part of current and potential economic agents should not contradict the rules of healthy and fair competition.
The participation of agents in the online market of services with hotels and accommodation facilities, while using the “exclusive supply” condition, should be justified by relevant circumstances.
