In 2024, there is potential for a strengthening of the Georgian currency. A large amount of substantial financial inflow is expected from outside the country, which gives rise to expectations that the GEL will remain stable in 2024, with an exchange rate of 2.7 against USD and 3.0 against the EUR. Galt & Taggart also predict a 2% strengthening of the currency.
