Gakharia’s ‘For Georgia’: Statement of Russian intelligence is a direct attempt to help Dream rig elections

The statement from Russian intelligence is a direct attempt to interfere in the October elections and help the Dream to rig the elections, which will definitely have a continuation, – Gakharia’s ‘For Georgia’ party said in a statement.

The Russian state news agency TASS published information provided by the press office of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, where they note that Americans have already given an order to the opposition forces in Georgia to start planning protest rallies related to the elections.

The For Georgia party says that the attention of all actors should now be shifted to protecting the elections – the October elections will not be ordinary elections, they say, it will be the first election that this government, with absolute power, will conduct with the help of Russia.

“The coincidence of the statement with the recent statements of Dream clearly confirms that the authorities have coordinated the complex process of election fraud with Moscow.

“The Russian-style propaganda, according to which the West is planning to interfere in the elections and organize a revolution, is the main instrument of falsification and influence on voters. The said forgery, which is actually invented to cover up Russian interference in the elections, is actively spread by government propaganda channels, the so-called experts, troll-bots and top officials of the Dream – they accuse the West of trying to organize a revolution and being hostile to the country’s sovereignty, and they refer to Russia as a guarantor of sovereignty, whereas the West has been protecting our sovereignty from Russia for 30 years, which has occupied 20% of our territories”, reads the statement.

According to the For Georgia party, at these elections, not only will the protection of Georgia’s European future, but also the protection of the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity be decided.
