Rusudan Kervalishvili, one of the founders of the construction company “Center Point”, will leave the penitentiary institution in a few days.
Kervalishvili has been serving her sentence for 4 years. Kervalishvili, along with her sister, another founder of Center Point, Maia Rcheulishvili, was found guilty of fraud and misappropriation of funds.
The investigation accused Kervalishvili of misappropriating more than 11 million GEL belonging to the Tabukashvili 88 community.
