Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas said it was important to give citizens hope for a European perspective, adding that there is a window of opportunity, a certain political time, when everyone is holding hands and doing everything necessary for reforms.
“We now see this clearly in Ukraine. That is why, I think, we have an agreement that Ukraine and Moldova will receive candidate status. As for Georgia, the European perspective is what is probably decided. It all has to do with certain conditions that you have to follow in order to eventually get EU membership,” Kallas said.
