Eco-Friendly Projects Not to Be Missed from Real Estate Expo Tbilisi

Real Estate Expo Tbilisi, hosted by local and international development companies, has already made a name for itself as one of the most interesting events for business owners and other interested individuals. Each year, Real Estate Expo visitors have the chance to discover the latest useful information about the Georgian real estate sector.

At the 2024 Real Estate Expo, development companies paid special attention to the eco-friendliness of the living environment, and tried to highlight the presence of more green spaces in their projects as an advantage.

In this article, we introduce you to the exhibiting development companies offering the greenest real estate projects in Tbilisi and beyond.

Namai

Namai was one of the many participants of Real Estate Expo 2024 that highlighted the importance of an eco-friendly living environment. The company’s latest project is located on Ghoghoberidze Street in the Vake district of the capital. The project is already finished and all the flats have already been sold.

“We are the first company in Georgia to receive energy efficiency Class A certification. Our “Namai Standard”, which we created, places a high priority on our resident’s comfort and our objectives are to build a concept and atmosphere that are multipurpose and eco-friendly. Amongst many benefits, there are solar energy stations installed on the roofs to provide energy supply to the common spaces,” says sales manager of Namai, Tinatin Japaridze.

Namai’s concept is to create European way of living in Georgia. Namai Vake’s project is a low-rise development in the city center but also close to nature, with centralized cooling and heating systems, high-quality materials and innovative engineering solutions – everything one needs for a peaceful life!

This is a project in Kvareli, Kakheti, next to Ilia Lake, with its own entrance from the main road.

The beautiful 35-hectare project boasts 8 hectares of forest.

“The most interesting aspect of this project is that on another 8 hectares, there are unique grape varieties grown for our residents, who will have the advantage of being able to treat their guests to their own wine,” Anano Amashukeli, commercial manager of the company, explains.

Schuchmann Wines Georgia

Schuchmann Group

Another attractive project from Kakheti region presented Schuchmann Group with their authentic villas at is Schuchmann Wines Château Villas & SPA and eco gated green development town houses in closed development resort Alazani Valley Residence.

Nutsa Abramishvili, the company CEO and co-founder, tells us it was their second time participating in Expo Tbilisi.

“We are thrilled to be represented at Tbilisi Expo second time, as we have high valued authentic development projects. In our projects we combine all Georgian uniqueness and competitive advantages, beginning from nature, ecology, agriculture, wine and gastronomy, even wine wellness. Here we represent also our newly establish, second in Kakheti project Alazani Valley residence. Consisting of small townhouses that are eco-friendly buildings with green spaces and farming surrounding.

Both, these projects are connected with agritourism and winemaking. Our spaces were loved by local and international visitors alike.”

Another important aspect to be mentioned about these projects is that they represent the Kakheti region both architecturally and conceptually.

METROPOLI

The one-hectare recreational zone in the city center is what differentiates this project from others. Metropoli Kavtaradze includes two 25-storey living complexes where there will be a wide range of apartments. The project also includes a kindergarten, entertainment zones, a football stadium, lobby and concierge.

“This is the best offer for those looking for a green living space in the heart of the city,” Tamar Mekhuzla, the company sales director, tells us.

The project is set for completion in 2026.

Monolith Group

“Close to nature – in the center of the city” was the main message of the Monolith Group, with which the company introduced itself to the visitors at Real Estate Expo 2024.

One of the company’s latest projects, Monolith Green City, is being built in the historical district of Tbilisi – Ortachala. It is a complex distinguished by both its location and living conditions.
