As Ministry of Finance of Georgia stated, discussion on the Opportunities and Significance of the Middle Corridor was held within the scope of the Spring Meetings of the IMF and WBG. Event was launched by Antonella Bassani, Vice-President of the World Bank for Europe and Central Asia and Guangzhe Chen, Vice-President of the World Bank for Infrastructure.
Increased connectivity between the consumer markets of China and Europe through Central Asia and Caucasus by improving the infrastructure and logistic service opportunities in the countries engaged in the Middle Corridor were discussed at the event.
