The Connect Healzcare’s team recently returned from the prestigious awards ceremony of Hult Prize, a renowned startup competition organized through the collaborative efforts of Hult International Business School and the United Nations. The competition’s objective is to discover and promote innovative social startups that contribute to achieving the UN’s sustainability goals.
The product, Healzcare.org, is a website created to simplify access to medical tourism services. The company team joined the competition in its initial stage and successfully advanced through each round, eventually making it to the finals.
“It is noteworthy that in the 15-year history of the Hult Prize, we are the first Georgian startup to reach the finals. The process was challenging, but rewarding,” says Co-founder and CEO Levan Tchanukvadze.

“We had numerous meetings with leading regional accelerators, investors and potential partners, including world-class medical organizations with advanced technologies, with whom we have already begun negotiations,” he tells us.
He notes that the company’s goal is to assimilate with the Near Eastern countries, and this endeavor has so far been a success. Prior to departing for Dubai, the team travelled to Doha to meet well-known entrepreneurs and innovation leaders.
“We had a successful and lengthy meeting with the regional representatives of Microsoft and, starting next month, we will join their global startup development project. This initiative connects emerging startups with a global network of investors and organizations, offering a lot of opportunities for us to enter the global startup ecosystem,” he says.
Connect Healzcare incorporates niche medical data into their own AI model, which provides answers to medical questions with 85% accuracy
The primary goal of the company’s work trips to Qatar and Dubai was to identify medical tourism services, as well as to look into newer and more niche medical data. Connect Healzcare incorporates such data into their own AI model which provides answers to medical questions with 85% accuracy.
The medical information in the company’s database currently exceeds 750 gigabytes. In addition to medical information, their directory also includes other kinds of documents, all aimed at ensuring a more comprehensive service.
“Our team developed the AI model for the website. And now, with DevAlpha versions one and two available through ChatGPT, we can receive feedback before integrating a fully independent model with our website,” Levan says. “This test mode unit, built on GPT, covers just 5% of our data, however, that is perfectly enough to automate responses to customer inquiries. To begin using this service, customers need only send a simple request to Healzcare.org. They will then receive a GPT link to use the service through ChatGPT-4.”
Levan expresses his hope that the Connect Healzcare GPT model will help the company to get proper feedback, step by step.
“This preparation stage gave us the chance to appropriately plan the market release of the product, which is scheduled for August,” he tells us.
