The election administration is appealing decisions from the district courts of Tetritskaro and Gori. The Central Election Commission (CEC) reports that the district court recently invalidated the election results of 18 voting stations, including spots in Tsalka District #25 and 13 spots in Tetritskaro District #26. The CEC declares that this decision is groundless and will challenge it through an appeal process in court.
The CEC has also appealed a Gori District Court decision that ruled as invalid ballots from 15 polling stations within Gori District #32. The CEC claims that ballot confidentiality is ensured through a frame that prevents voter identification, although seven complaints have been submitted on the matter.
