Sopho Gordadze, Operations Director of Biblus Group, touched upon a 20% drop in sales due to the current political and social situation in the country.
Gordadze discussed the company’s decision to cancel its traditional New Year’s festival with BM.ge, emphasizing its negative impact on revenue. She noted that last year, the festival gathered 60,000 people, and its cancellation has naturally harmed the company’s exposure and sales.
“We expect sales to improve compared to recent periods, although we will still close the year behind last year’s figures,” Gordadze expressed optimism, adding that the company plans to expand in 2025, provided the political climate permits.
