Notably, Accor has recognized ibis Tbilisi City as a next-generation hotel, naming it the most modern and prestigious project among its ibis-branded hotels. ibis Tbilisi City marks the first joint project between Archi and Accor, with an investment of 45 million GEL, and is managed by Archi Hospitality, a subsidiary of Archi holding. Beyond this project, the leading development company is also working on branded hotels, including Le Meridien Sioni Lake Resort & Spa by Archi in Sioni, which has received an investment of 200 million GEL.
