Apart Group Office and Shopping Center Opened on the Main Highway of Rustavi

Apart Group’s office and shopping center has been opened on Rustavi’s main highway. This is the first and only office and shopping center located in that area, making it even more attractive for business entities.

The company Apart Group is working successfully within the Georgian market for its fifth year, having quickly advanced to the list of top developers. The main activity of the company is the construction and development of premium-class residential complexes, although its management is always open to innovations, such as this latest project, which offers businesses finished commercial and office spaces in an interesting location.

Demand is high for the sale and rent of commercial and office spaces in the new mall.
The office and shopping center is located on the main highway of Rustavi, in Ponichala town, meaning it is convenient for both local residents and those using the road in passing. On average, 80-90,000 people use the highway daily, which is a guarantee of profitability for investors in the mall’s office and commercial spaces.

A new branch of supermarket chain Carrefour has already been opened at the new strategic facility, offering customers a variety of high-quality food products and household goods, and negotiations are underway with representatives of other leading companies in various sectors, whose branches we will soon see in the new commercial center.

The building includes:
• Commercial and office spaces on two floors
• An open parking area
• A 24/7 security system.

“Apart Group cares about the comfort of its customers, and thus, day by day, it establishes itself as a development company that can undoubtedly be relied upon,” says Zezva Tsiskarishvili, Executive Director. “We already offer our customers premium-class residential complexes, and now we introduce a commercial center completed to European standards in a location with great potential.”
Apart Group is a construction development company that builds premium quality multifunctional complexes in the center of Tbilisi and combines several directions: construction company ‘Apart Construction,’ the design-architecture direction ‘Apart Architect,’ the design and renovation direction ‘Apart Showroom.’ And the parent company – Apart Development.

For more information about the project or to buy or rent there, contact Apart Development on +995 511 11 44 33 / 032 211 11 44, or visit the company’s website apartgroup.com
